OFFICE
INTERIOR
The office environment is an opportunity to explore the intangible
aspects of design: qualities of space, light, materiality, and
more, in a setting that needs to support the tangible aspects
of production, communication, comfort, and more, all on a daily
basis. Program requirements include: reception, employee lounge,
executive offices and an assortment of work stations. All for
a limited budget, yet able to project their forward thinking attitudes
that reflect their forward thinking business sense. It is a difficult
design problem often resulting in the standard prepackaged corporate
look so widespread across every workplace environment.
It takes an unusually intelligent executive to appreciate the
difference that good design can bring and to be sophisticated
enough in taste to respect the effect this can have on the quality
of life it brings to employees.
This office interior was developed as a tenant finish in an existing
20,000 sf space.
